本ポリシーは、当社プラットフォームにおいて未成年者の保護および法令遵守、ならびにカードブランド（Visa・Mastercard等）の規則に準拠した安全なサービス提供を目的として、年齢確認の基準および運用方法を定めるものである。
Purpose
This policy establishes the standards and operational procedures for age verification on our platform in order to protect Minors, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and provide safe services in accordance with the rules of card brands such as Visa and Mastercard.
1. 適用範囲

クリエイター（出品者・投稿者）
成人向けコンテンツに関わる出演者
1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to the following:
Users of the service (viewers and purchasers)
Creators (sellers and content uploaders)
Performers involved in adult-oriented content
2. 基本原則
18歳未満の利用・関与を禁止する（法令で別途定めがある場合を除く）
年齢確認は合理的かつ検証可能な方法で実施する
不正・なりすましを防止するための措置を講じる
記録を適切に保存・管理する
2. Basic Principles
Use of or involvement in the service by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited unless otherwise permitted by applicable law
Age verification shall be conducted using reasonable and verifiable methods
Measures shall be implemented to prevent fraud and impersonation
Records shall be properly retained and managed
3. 閲覧者（ユーザー）の年齢確認
3.1 対象
以下の行為を行うユーザーに対して年齢確認を実施する：
成人向けコンテンツの閲覧
成人向け商品の購入
成人向けサービスの利用
3.2 確認方法
当社はリスクに応じて以下の方法を組み合わせて年齢確認を行う：
レベル1（基本確認）
生年月日の自己申告
年齢確認チェック（18歳以上の確認ボックス）
レベル2（標準確認）
クレジットカード認証（3Dセキュア等）
SMS認証
キャリア決済による年齢判定
レベル3（高リスク対応）
eKYC（身分証提出＋顔認証）
公的身分証のアップロード
3.3 アクセス制限
年齢確認未完了のユーザーには成人向けコンテンツを表示しない
不正または虚偽申告が疑われる場合は利用制限を行う
3. Age Verification for Viewers (Users)
3.1 Applicable Users
Age verification shall be conducted for users engaging in the following activities:
Viewing adult-oriented content
Purchasing adult-oriented products
Using adult-oriented services
3.2 Verification Methods
The Company shall conduct age verification using a combination of the following methods depending on the level of risk:
Level 1 (Basic Verification)
Self-declaration of date of birth
Age confirmation checkbox (confirmation that the user is 18 years of age or older)
Level 2 (Standard Verification)
Credit card authentication (including 3D Secure)
SMS authentication
Age determination through mobile carrier billing services
Level 3 (High-Risk Verification)
eKYC (identity document submission and facial recognition)
Upload of government-issued identification documents
3.3 Access Restrictions
Adult-oriented content shall not be displayed to users who have not completed age verification
Usage restrictions may be imposed if fraud or false declarations are suspected
4. クリエイター（出品者）の年齢確認
4.1 本人確認（必須）
すべてのクリエイターに対して以下を実施する：
本人確認（必要に応じてeKYC）
氏名・住所の確認
銀行口座確認
法人の場合は登記情報確認
4.2 年齢要件
クリエイターは18歳以上でなければならない
未成年による出品・投稿は禁止
4.3 継続的確認
不正防止のため定期的な再確認を行う場合がある
アカウント情報に変更があった場合は再認証を求める
4. Age Verification for Creators (Sellers)
4.1 Identity Verification (Mandatory)
The following procedures shall be conducted for all creators:
Identity verification (including eKYC where necessary)
Verification of name and address
Verification of bank account information
Verification of corporate registration information for business entities
4.2 Age Requirements
Creators must be at least 18 years of age
Posting or selling by Minors is prohibited
4.3 Ongoing Verification
Periodic re-verification may be conducted for fraud prevention purposes
Re-authentication may be required if account information changes
5. 出演者（成人コンテンツ）の年齢確認
5.1 必須条件
成人向けコンテンツに出演する者について：
全員が18歳以上であること
年齢証明書類の提出および確認
本人と証明書の一致確認
5.2 必要書類
以下のいずれか：
運転免許証
パスポート
マイナンバーカード等の公的身分証
5.3 同意確認
出演者の明確な同意書を取得
強制・搾取がないことを確認
5.4 記録保持
年齢証明および同意書を適切に保管
法令および業界基準に従い一定期間保存
要求があった場合に提示可能な状態を維持
5. Age Verification for Performers (Adult Content)
5.1 Mandatory Requirements
For individuals appearing in adult-oriented content:
All performers must be at least 18 years of age
Submission and verification of proof-of-age documentation
Verification that the performer matches the submitted identification documents
5.2 Required Documents
One of the following government-issued identification documents shall be required:
Driver’s license
Passport
My Number Card or equivalent government-issued identification
5.3 Consent Verification
Clear and explicit consent forms shall be obtained from performers
Confirmation shall be conducted to ensure that no coercion or exploitation is involved
5.4 Record Retention
Proof-of-age documents and consent forms shall be properly retained
Records shall be stored for a specified period in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards
Records shall be maintained in a condition that allows prompt submission upon request
6. 不正・違反への対応
以下の場合、当社は措置を講じる：
年齢詐称
なりすまし
未成年関与の疑い
必要書類未提出
対応措置
コンテンツ削除
アカウント停止・凍結
決済停止
関係機関への通報（必要に応じて）
6. Response to Fraud and Violations
The Company may take action in the following cases:
False declaration of age
Impersonation
Suspected involvement of Minors
Failure to submit required documents
Possible measures include:
Removal of content
Suspension or termination of accounts
Suspension of payment processing
Reporting to relevant authorities where necessary
7. プライバシーとデータ管理
年齢確認により取得した情報は適切に保護する
利用目的を限定し、第三者提供は法令に基づく場合に限る
セキュリティ対策を講じ、不正アクセスを防止する
7. Privacy and Data Management
Information obtained through age verification shall be properly protected
Use of such information shall be limited to its intended purpose, and disclosure to third parties shall occur only as permitted by law
Security measures shall be implemented to prevent unauthorized access
8. 監査・見直し
本ポリシーは定期的に見直しを行う
法令・カードブランド規則の変更に応じて更新する

This policy shall be reviewed periodically
The policy shall be updated in accordance with changes to laws, regulations, and card brand rules
9. 附則
本ポリシーは2026年4月20日より施行する
9. Supplementary Provisions
This policy shall take effect on April 20, 2026.
