本ポリシーは、当社サービスにおいて18歳未満の利用者（以下「未成年」）の安全を確保し、法令遵守およびカードブランド（Visa・Mastercard等）の規則に準拠した適切な運営を行うことを目的とする。

• 1. 基本方針 当社は以下を原則とする： 未成年の安全および権利の保護を最優先とする 未成年に対する不適切なコンテンツへのアクセスを制限する 未成年の搾取・虐待・不正利用を一切許容しない 年齢確認および本人確認を適切に実施する

  Not tolerate any exploitation, abuse, or misuse of Minors

• 私たちは、消費者、児童保護や人権保護団体（個人、法人および国内、海外を問わない）を含む第三者からコンテンツに対して弊社ポリシーに反する可能性があると指摘を受けたときは、速やかに調査を行います。調査の結果、ポリシーに反するコンテンツに該当すると弊社もしくは関連機関が判断した場合、直ちに対象コンテンツの削除を行います。
  
  We will promptly investigate any reports or allegations from consumers, child protection organizations, human rights organizations, or any other third parties (whether individuals or legal entities, domestic or international) indicating that content on our services may violate our policies. If, as a result of such investigation, the Company or relevant authorities determine that the content violates our policies, the Company will immediately remove the applicable content.

  Hidden display settings for adult content
  Functional restrictions on accounts registered to Minors
• 3. 禁止事項（未成年関連） 以下の行為を厳格に禁止する： 未成年を含む、または未成年と推認される人物の性的コンテンツの投稿・販売 未成年に対する性的搾取・誘引・勧誘 未成年の個人情報の不正取得・公開 未成年を危険にさらす行為（詐欺・暴力・ハラスメント等）
  
  3. Prohibited Conduct Related to Minors
  
  The following activities are strictly prohibited:
  Posting or selling sexual content involving Minors or persons reasonably presumed to be Minors
  Sexual exploitation, solicitation, or grooming of Minors
  Unauthorized acquisition or disclosure of personal information of Minors
  Any conduct that endangers Minors, including fraud, violence, or harassment
• 4. 年齢確認（KYC）措置 4.1 閲覧者・利用者 成人向けコンテンツへのアクセス前に年齢確認を実施 必要に応じてeKYC（身分証確認）を実施 4.2 出品者・クリエイター 全員に本人確認（KYC）を義務付ける 未成年による出品・収益化は禁止 4.3 成人コンテンツ出演者 18歳以上であることの証明を必須とする 身分証および同意書の提出・保管

  4.2 Sellers and Creators
  Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all sellers and creators
  Posting or monetization by Minors is prohibited
  
  4.3 Adult Content Performers
  Proof that performers are at least 18 years of age is mandatory
  Submission and retention of identification documents and consent forms are required

  6. Enforcement and Response to Violations
  
  If violations relating to the protection of Minors are identified, the Company may take the following measures:
  Immediate removal of content
  Suspension or permanent termination of accounts
  Suspension of payment processing
  Reporting to relevant authorities and law enforcement agencies where necessary

  Users may report violations relating to Minors
  Inquiries from Minors or their guardians shall be given priority handling

  The policy shall be updated in accordance with changes to laws, regulations, and card brand rules

  This policy shall take effect from the date of its establishment.
